COVERED VEHICLE PARTS: Covers all mechanical and electrical parts of the Vehicle EXCEPT those listed under EXCLUSIONS - WHAT IS NOT COVERED or parts covered under seller/manufacturer warranty.

BREAKDOWN COVERAGE: Pays or reimburses Reasonable Costs for diagnosis, parts, and associated labor. Parts may be new, non-OEM, or remanufactured at administrator discretion.

RENTAL: Exceeding 8.0 hours repair time reimburses up to $30/day for 6 days ($180 max).

TOWING: Actual incurred towing cost up to $100 per covered breakdown occurrence.

• Manufacturer recalls or manufacturer warranty obligations.

• Odometer alterations or unverified mileage.

• Collisions, theft, fire, flood, corrosion, water intrusion, freezing, or acts of nature.

• Misuse, abuse, overheating, lack of lubrication/coolants, or lack of required maintenance.

• Complete exhaust system (manifold, catalytic converter, PCV, EGR, DEF components).

• Manual clutch components, glass, lenses, convertible tops (except motor), upholstery, paint, trim, body panels, frame, tires, wheels.

• Non-factory audio, GPS, anti-theft systems.

• Commercial use, rideshare, diesel, 4WD/AWD, or turbo/supercharger unless surcharge selected and paid.

• Pre-existing conditions or failures during waiting period.

Gas/Diesel Engine: Pistons, piston rings/pins, crankshaft, main bearings, connecting rods/bearings, camshaft, pushrods, rocker arms, timing belt/chain/gears, valves, springs, lifters, oil pump, manifolds, flywheel, flex plate, harmonic balancer, engine mounts, turbo/supercharger housing & internal parts. (Engine block covered only if damaged by internal lubricated part).

Transmission: Internal lubricated parts, bands, clutch packs, gears, pumps, shafts, shift forks, solenoids, torque converter, bell housing, mounts, pan.

Transfer Case & Drive Axle: Internal lubricated parts, axle shafts, differential cover, universal/CV joints, wheel bearings, drive shaft.

Includes all Basic Powertrain parts plus:

Air Conditioning: Expansion valve, cutoff switches, orifice tube, dryer, condenser, compressor, evaporator, lines & fittings.

Steering: Power steering pump, cooler, steering shafts, power cylinder assembly, Pitman arm, idler arm, tie rods, steering rack/box.

Brakes & Fuel: Master cylinder, assist boosters, wheel cylinders, calipers, fuel pump, fuel injectors, water pump, radiator/heater core (if leaking), alternator, starter motor/solenoid, ignition coil.

Coverage Period: Begins 12:01 AM on Purchase Date. Expires when term months or term miles are reached.

Limits: Aggregate dollar benefit capped at $12,000. Per repair visit limited to NADA cash value up to $12,000.

Exclusions: Pre-existing conditions, repairs without pre-authorization, battery failure caused by collision/fire/flood, propulsion battery failure where cell degradation has NOT exceeded lesser of 70% capacity or manufacturer minimum allowance.

• Effective 60 days after purchase date; expires 14 months after purchase date.

• Oil Changes: Up to 6 quarts (max 2 services up to $80 each).

• Brake Pads/Shoes: Up to $150 towards replacement of one pair.

• Battery: Up to $135 credit towards one battery.

• Cooling System & Chassis Lube: 1 service up to $50.

• Wiper Blades: 1 service up to $30.
