Hours & Emergency Repair Policy:
Claims submission is available online 24/7. Authorization occurs during normal business hours. If you need emergency repairs completed immediately outside business hours when the administrator is closed, you may have repairs completed without prior authorization by following the Emergency Repair procedures outlined in your contract provisions (Section 6). You must contact the administrator on the first available business day following the date of repair to determine eligibility and submit repair documentation.
